In the field of business where digital shift is accelerating, there is a growing movement to adopt no-code/low-code development tools and digitize business processes by themselves. Among them, Dream Arts' "SmartDB", which has a workflow function that digitizes complex business processes and a web database function, is a digital transformation (DX) boom that brings "digital democratization" to the organization. It is widely adopted mainly by large companies as a basis for Kaizen.

By using "SmartDB", anyone can develop business applications without programming experience, and the business department can lead the digitization of business. But even so, is it true that “anyone can do it”? How should we use it in the front office and back office sites where we have no experience developing apps? What does digital democratization mean? This time, members working in the non-IT department of Dream Arts challenged themselves to improve their work efficiency using "SmartDB" under the same conditions as users. How did each of them solve the "problems" of their work?
