The service allows Office 365 users to continue to use email by logging in to the company's email system when the service becomes unavailable due to a disaster or failure. We will provide an operation form that meets the needs of customers from two types of service forms that are in the same domain as another domain. In addition, when the mail system of Office 365 is restored, it will also provide an optional service to transfer the mail data sent and received by the company's system to Office 365.
Furthermore, by utilizing the mail archiving service "MAILBASEΣ" (mail-based sigma) provided by the company, mail data of both Office 365 and the new service can be archived, and past mails can be used even while Office 365 is unavailable. Will be able to browse.
The service usage fee is 50,000 yen for the initial registration fee for one domain (from 50 accounts). Another domain operation of the failure mail system, which is the basic service, is 150 yen per account per month, and the same domain operation is 200 yen per month. The usage fee for the mail archiving service "MAILBASE Σ" is 300 yen per account for 5 years storage and 500 yen for 10 years storage. The same domain operation of the mail system in case of failure will be provided from April.
